I was looking around for an investment property in Houston, Texas when I came across Brandell’s 2% rebate declaration. Hesitantly, I responded to the website questionnaire and not long after I received a call from Brandell who assured me that the 2% rebate was real. Better yet, Brandell stated that I didn’t have to do anything other than what I was already doing to get the rebate. I subsequently found a property, to which I listed Brandell as my realtor. Three weeks later, I closed on the property and received a check at closing for $4,000 from Brandell. I have thus far recommend Bradell to my co-workers so that they too will realize the gift of 2% rebate. I also plan to purchase more properties, utilizing the services of Brandell.…… Thanks again Brandell.
